Welcome to Yoganics
Yoganics, owned by Anne Budden (BPA Contemporary Dance & Cert.Ed Yoga) runs both group and individual yoga classes in the London area. The idea behind yoganics is to bring yoga into everyone's lives, not just the lives of thin & flexible people!
